The founding shareholders Wolfgang Bogner, Dr. Matthias Meise, Dr. Florian Meise, Dr. Ulf Lange and Thomas Probst hold 100% of the shares in the ECKPFEILER Gruppe. This guarantees fast decisions, entrepreneurship and independence.
Wolfgang Bogner has been at home in the real estate industry for 30 years – and is still as fascinated as on the first day.
The core of his professional activities lies in project development. For example, he revived long industrial wastelands at 40 locations in Germany for DIBAG Industriebau AG. Later, Mr. Bogner was head of project development at the Doblinger Group, a leading real estate company based in Munich.
Before becoming self-employed with ECKPFEILER, Wolfgang Bogner was in charge of global real estate management at Knorr-Bremse AG and the development of the family office's real estate portfolio. He was also responsible for the project development of the major locations in Munich and Berlin. Among other things, a new residential construction project with 400 units and commercial developments with a total volume of almost €350 million were created.
For Mr. Bogner, the foundation stone of a successful project is in the targeted acquisition of suitable plots and properties from which sustainable value creation can then be achieved through strategic concept development, building rights creation, and cooperation with suitable partners.
His wealth of experience, his extensive network, and his constant curiosity about real estate are the three cornerstones on which Mr. Bogner builds.
After positions in management consulting and as managing director in medium-sized companies, Dr. Lange founded the Adcuram Group together with three partners in 2003. For 13 years, he was co-responsible for the operational restructuring and reorientation of the investments. Most recently, he drove the profitability and competitiveness of the prefabricated house manufacturers Bien Zenker and Hanse Haus forward.
In 2015, Dr. Lange switched to the supervisory board of Adcuram in order to be able to contribute his experience and acquisition strength to ECKPFEILER Immobilien Gruppe as a managing partner.
After studying business administration and law in Germany and the US and advising at McKinsey & Co., Dr. Meise is active as an entrepreneur as of 1999.
In 2003, Dr. Meise, together with his three partners, founded the Adcuram Group. There, he was jointly responsible for the identification, testing, and implementation of new investment opportunities. Dr. Meise achieved special success in complex transactions in which the interests of different groups must be reconciled.
In 2015, Dr. Meise switched to the supervisory board of Adcuram and founded ECKPFEILER Gruppe with his partners. As an advisor and partner, he supports the growth of our company.
After studying law in Salzburg, obtaining an MBA in the US, and holding positions in asset management at a private Swiss bank and at a project development company in Berlin, Dr. Meise, together with his three partners, founded the Adcuram Group in 2003, in which he operationally directed several successful realignments. In 2015, Dr. Meise switched to the supervisory board of Adcuram in order to devote himself to the development of new business areas. As an advisor and partner of Eckpfeiler, his special passion is supporting the project development team of our company.
After completing his banking apprenticeship and business studies, Thomas Probst worked for renowned banks in corporate finance and medium-sized equity financing.
In 2003, together with three partners, he founded the Adcuram Group where he was jointly responsible for mergers & acquisitions and financing until 2015. As an advisor and shareholder, he supports our company in the acquisition of new properties and in financing matters.
