Wolfgang Bogner has been at home in the real estate industry for more than 30 years – and is still as fascinated as on the first day.
The core of his professional activities lies in project development. As a senior project developer for DIBAG Industriebau AG, he breathed new life into long-standing brownfield sites at 40 locations in Germany.
Before becoming self-employed with ECKPFEILER, Wolfgang Bogner was in charge of global real estate management at Knorr-Bremse AG and the development of the family office's real estate portfolio. He was also responsible for the project development of the major locations in Munich and Berlin. Among other things, a new residential construction project with 400 units and commercial developments with a total volume of almost € 350 million were created.
For Mr. Bogner, the foundation stone of a successful project is in the targeted acquisition of suitable plots and properties from which sustainable value creation can then be achieved through strategic concept development, building rights creation, and cooperation with suitable partners.
His wealth of experience, his extensive network, and his constant curiosity about real estate are the three cornerstones on which Mr. Bogner builds.

After studying and doing his doctorate at the ETH Zurich and the TU Munich as well as subsequent planning work Dr Greim initially worked in the areas of project development and leasing, primarily commercial projects in Munich. From 2006 on he was responsible for the fields of purchasing, project development and implementation at two housing developers as an authorized officer until he switched to the management of the KIB Group in Nuremberg in 2012. In the regions of Nuremberg, Munich and Dresden, he was responsible for development, planning, marketing and implementation of numerous individual projects in the residential, office and retail segments.
Since the beginning of 2020, Dr Sebastian Greim is the managing partner of ECKPFEILER Immobilien Nürnberg. This mainly includes the acquisition and project development of large-scale district developments as well as the planning and construction of individual project modules as a global or existing investment.
Dr Greim can look back on extensive project experience, especially in obtaining planning permission for complex neighborhood developments as well as in the planning and implementation of innovative, sustainable individual projects. In the last 15 years he has worked on more than 3,000 residential units and more than 100,000 square meters of office space in over 60 individual projects.

Robert Harle

Robert Harle can look back on over 20 years of professional experience in the finance and real estate sector. After training as a banker and studying architecture at the Technical University of Munich and economics at the Fernuniversität Hagen, he began his professional career as a Project Procurement Manager at HOCHTIEF before working as Director Development and Asset Management as well as Managing Director of various fund companies at REAL I.S. AG from 2008 to 2013.
During this time he obtained an MBA in International Real Estate Management at the Academy of Biberach a.d. Riß University of Applied Sciences in part-time. From 2014 to 2021 Robert Harle worked for the Munich project developer INVESTA, where he was Technical Managing Director for Development and Construction Management, among other things. Before moving to the ECKPFEILER Immobilien Group, he was Director Development and authorized signatory at the Munich project developer ACCUMULATA.

Bernd Schlapka

Since 2005, Bernd Schlapka has held various positions in the real estate-related finance sector. After working for Deloitte in the Real Estate department for a total of nine years – most recently as an auditor – he moved to GBW (today: Dawonia), where as a commercial division manager he was responsible for controlling and valuation. In 2017 he joined the HANNOVER LEASING Group as Head of Fund Management and gradually rose to the management of the regulated companies until he took over the commercial management of the ECKPFEILER Immobilien Group in 2023.
He completed a bachelor's degree in real estate management in Berlin and completed a master's degree in accounting and taxation at the Mannheim Business School. He has also been active as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) for 14 years.
Bernd Schlapka's professional passion is the realization of commercially viable concepts in real estate practice.
