Your Main Tasks

• Organization, coordination and administration of business processes
• Preparation and follow-up of all appointments, including creation of the necessary presentations and overviews
• Development of decision and presentation templates for the managing director
• Takeover of small, company-related projects such as market research, real estate economic evaluations, etc.
• Management and documentation of all documents and project plans, also in preparation for external business partners such as customers, tax consultants, auditors, banks, etc.
• Contact person for internal departments such as project and construction management as well as controlling and accounting

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally within the real estate or construction industry
• Absolutely confident handling of MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Strong service orientation, analytical thinking and pragmatic action
• Quick comprehension, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a confident, down-to-earth demeanor
