Construction Controller / Construction Calculator
Your Main Tasks
- Interface management between the technical project managers and the commercial department
- Review of tender documents and initial determination of cost structures
- Definition and tracking of the KPIs as well as creation of a preliminary and concurrent calculation
- Implementation of target/actual analyzes on the individual project levels
- Ongoing risk assessment for efficient control of external service providers
- Reporting line to the commercial director
Your Profile
- Successfully completed economics or technical studies or comparable training in the industry
- Experience in building construction, ideally in turnkey construction
- Able to translate technical details into commercial contexts
- Confident, down-to-earth demeanor and a passion for construction projects
- Knowledge of common controlling instruments for tracking the set milestones
- Pronounced understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
- Quick comprehension, structured and solution-oriented way of working
