Your Main Tasks

• Taking over accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as bank and cash accounting
• Processing of payment transactions, invoice verification and account reconciliation
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Asset booking maintenance
• Support for general administrative activities and special projects

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training, ideally as a tax clerk
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
• Proven IT affinity and confident handling of DATEV and MS-Office
• Pronounced understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
• Quick comprehension, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a confident, down-to-earth demeanor
