MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As a junior project manager, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of sophisticated turnkey residential real estate projects on the client side as a partial or overall project.

THIS RESULTS IN THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUAL TASKS

• Responsible performance of the building owner function
• Participation in project management and project control of demanding new construction projects, especially in residential construction
• Project management (costs, deadlines, qualities, organization) of the implementation process with the construction partners and all other contractual partners
• Coordination and organization of the project team and everyone involved in the construction
• Participation in profitability calculations
• Preparation of negotiations and completion of construction work with general contractors and subcontractors
• Monitoring the timely implementation, budget control and quality assurance of the construction projects

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering
• First experience in the realization of construction projects
• Proven initial experience in the area of ​​turnkey construction or client representation/project management of residential projects – on the part of a real estate or construction company
• Knowledge of service phases 5 - 9 or experience in the areas of tendering, awarding and implementing projects, especially with general contractors
• You combine coordination and control skills with negotiation skills, are communicative and have sensitivity in dealing with internal and external project participants as well as with partners
• You have an efficient and profit-oriented way of working and can think and act entrepreneurially
