Your main tasks
- Identification and acquisition of properties for project development of residential and commercial areas in the conurbations of southern Germany
- Development of creative ideas for value-enhancing project development of the properties
- Preparation, support and implementation of negotiations with potential sellers
- Clarification of building rights and the usability of properties
- Development of location and potential analyses, profitability calculations and decision-making documents on the basis of dynamic investment calculation methods
- Direct reporting line to the management
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies as an architect, urban planner, civil engineer, real estate economist or similar
- Relevant professional experience in project development, acquisition or marketing of properties
- Proven track record in the identification and acquisition of properties as well as in the development of building rights for residential and commercial properties
- Confident in the selection, management and controlling of external partners and service providers
- Resilient network to market participants such as municipalities, owners etc. ideally in South Germany
- Sales-oriented, creative in thinking, analytical in action with strong problem-solving skills
- Professional and confident appearance with a passion for networking
