As a senior project manager you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of sophisticated, turnkey, large-volume residential property projects on the client side.
Responsible perception of the building owner function
Takeover of project management and project control of demanding new construction projects, especially in residential construction
Project control (costs, deadlines, quality, organization) of the entire implementation process with the construction partners and all other contractual partners
Coordination, organization and management of the project team and all those involved in the construction
Participation in profitability calculations
Negotiation and completion of the construction work with general and subcontractors
Supervision of the timely realization, budget control and quality assurance of the construction projects
Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or as an industrial engineer
Several years of experience in the implementation of construction projects
Profound experience in the field of turnkey construction or building owner representation / project management of residential projects - on the part of a real estate or construction company
Well-founded knowledge in the work phases 5 - 9 and several years of experience in the areas of tendering, awarding and implementation of projects with general contractors and ideally also in individual awarding
You combine coordination and control skills with negotiating skills
You are communicative and have a sure instinct in dealing with internal and external project participants as well as with partners
