Working Student Reception / Office Management

Your Main Tasks

• First point of contact for our guests
• Processing and forwarding of telephone inquiries
• General administrative activities and office organization
• Postal Service and ordering
• Assistance with invoice and expense verification
• Management and organization of the conference rooms including beverage/coffee service
• Organization of internal events
• 10 – 12 hours per week

Your Profile

• Studies in the fields of tourism, teaching, economics or similar

• Ideally, initial practical experience at reception or in office management

• Professional and service-oriented demeanor and enjoy dealing with people

• Quick comprehension paired with implementation skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality

• Enjoy working in a team as well as loyalty and discretion

• Confident use of MS Office

• Good English skills
