Haager Allee I

In the Altenerding quarter, a new residential area is to be developed on an area of approx. 58,000 m². The quarter is within walking distance of the Erding S-Bahn station (600 m) and the city centre (900 m). The central location is also characterized by a modern, well-developed road network in the city area and a fast connection to long-distance traffic. In addition, shops, day-care centres and schools are in the immediate vicinity.

The property in Altenerding will be developed as a part of a development plan procedure with the aim of identifying further residential areas for Erding. Around 375 new flats are to be built here. An urban and landscape planning concept for the planning area has already been drawn up as part of an expert opinion procedure.

Location & Surroundings

The Bavarian district town of Erding is about 30 km northeast of Munich and has a population of almost 37,000. The district shows an agriculturally idyllic picture with mainly handicrafts and commercial middle class. Mainly because of its position between Munich Airport and the state capital, the district of Erding is one of the economically strong regions of Bavaria. With the opening of the airport in the Erdinger Moos in 1992 came a noticeable population growth and the settlement of new companies.

The Munich Airport can be reached in no time via the Tangente East to the A 92 (Munich-Deggendorf). Erding has excellent transport public connections with the S-Bahn line S2 towards Munich and the S-Bahn line S8 to the airport.
