The property with a size of 17,000 m² was acquired in 2018 and designates a new residential quarter for Erding. The realisation of the first construction phase is planned from the end of 2021. Approximately 160 new flats with a floor area of 14,500 m² are to be built. With different flat sizes (one-room to four-room-apartments), the new residential quarter is intended for different user groups, who will benefit equally from a first-class surrounding structure. With a high proportion of green and open spaces, the outdoor area becomes a place where people like to linger.
The future residential area of Erding Thermengarten is in the immediate vicinity of the Therme Erding, which is entitled to bear the superlative "largest spa in the world". While recreational opportunities – whether in the thermal baths or in nature – are right on the doorstep, the neighbourhood is also well developed in other ways. For example, the town of Erding not only has a modern, well-developed road and bus network but also fast connections to long-distance transport. Even if you want to go to Munich by public transport, the S-Bahn station Altenerding is just 500 metres away.
The good location of the district is complemented by a wide range of amenities that ensure a high quality of life. These include shops, day-care centres and all kinds of schools as well as medical care in the immediate vicinity.
