First construction phase

HÖFE-N

The plots of land between Rauhäckerstraße and Dagobertstraße in the Nuremberg district of Höfen were acquired in spring 2021. A new residential quarter is being designed on a plot of land measuring around 8,000 m² as an ensemble of buildings made up of several different structures in hybrid wood construction, which are grouped around central green areas to the south and west.

The planned forms of living range from attractive terraced houses to spacious condominiums and rental apartments to subsidized residential units - all building blocks are united by the premise of a sustainable building concept as well as a regenerative, self-sufficient energy supply that is as far-reaching as possible.

Based on an initial building permit, the buildings in the south are being implemented with a DGNB sustainability certification in the KfW 40 NH energy standard.
