The property on Rauhäckerstrasse in the Höfen district was acquired in spring 2021. On a plot size of approx. 8,000 m², a new residential quarter will be designed as a building ensemble consisting of several, different cubatures, which are grouped around central green areas in a south and west orientation. A wide variety of housing types are envisaged, ranging from attractive terraced houses to spacious owner-occupied and shared flats and subsidised housing. The communally usable, freely accessible green spaces will complement the building and material concept of the buildings, which is designed as a "green quarter", and offer added value for both new and existing residents of the neighbourhood.

The development site is located in the district of Höfen to the west of Nuremberg's old town, directly on the border with Fürth. The urban district is located in the middle of the city triangle of Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen and is thus connected to the Franconian motorway as well as the A74 motorway, the road network and local public transport. Shops for daily needs, doctors, schools and day-care centres are in the immediate vicinity. The Westpark Nuremberg as well as the Pegnitz and the Main-Danube Canal offer a wide variety of recreational opportunities and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity.
