HOKI8. Commercial Complex

In October 2017, ECKPFEILER Immobilien Gruppe acquired the approximately 20,000 m² property in the Holzkirchen industrial park in the south of Munich from Panasonic Electric Works Europe AG. The commercial complex comprises a total gross area of around 12,000 m². The areas were revitalised and are now fully leased as office, laboratory and production premises. Thus, the development goal of a multi-tenant building was implemented with tenants from the technology sector (technology park).

The new HOKI8. Technology Park at the Rudolf-Diesel-Ring 2 offers various possibilities for future workplaces - both through flexible areas in existing buildings and on open spaces. These new building areas have great development potential in all areas – be it development & research, office, service, light production, technology, or housing.
